What tastes better?

According to the expert, at high noise levels, people perceive the taste of umami best. Glutamic acid salts are responsible for it, the largest amount of which is found in meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, fermented and aged products (for example, Parmesan). Such foods will taste better on board.
